Change of Name Of Subsidiary

The Board of Directors of Hock Lian Seng Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hock Lian Seng Contractors Pte Ltd, has changed its name and is now known as "Hock Lian Seng Properties Pte. Ltd.".

The change of name of the subsidiary is to reflect the expanded business activities relating to property investment, development and construction.
